This class is a back to the basics version of our Flow Yoga Class where we focus on the foundation postures for Vinyasa or Flow Yoga Classes with the aim of improving alignment and form. The pace is much slower than our Flow Class, so its perfect for anyone who knows what Down Dog is but isn't sure if they are doing it correctly. This class is great for building upper body strength, toning core muscles and strengthening/stretching hips. Suitable for any students with good wrist and shoulder mobility and health, as we spent time in poses that put pressure on the upper body joints.
Best For: Anyone who wants a slower paced Flow Class, students who want to improve core strength, students who want to to refine their alignment in classic poses like plank, down dog and lunge variations, students who want to build more upper body strength.
