Down Dogs and Planks and Lunges, oh my! This class is full of the classic asanas, all flowing together in ladder format, we build each class like a dance, linking movement and breath to deeply connect mind and body. Often in this class, we will work towards some of the more challenging postures, like hand stands and various arm balances, but always keeping with the level of the students present. Often challenging, but highly rewarding, Flow Class is a fun way to improve flexibility and get in some light cardio. Suitable for all students comfortable with taking weight through hands, wrists and shoulders.
